Exchange and return conditions

All products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The exchange and return right only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. We will check the condition of the returned product before refunding the payment. Narrow belts can be returned as an XXS package, wider belts should be returned as an S size package to avoid damage.

You must notify us of the return of your order by emailing info@kiedo.fi. You will receive instructions on how to return or exchange your order in the reply message.

If you do not want to keep the product you ordered, send it back within 14 days and we will refund the price of the product(s) to you. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs of your order. We will refund the amount you paid according to the payment method of your order. It usually takes about 10–20 business days to process the return and transfer the money.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receipt of delivery.
