Delivery terms

The delivery time for products is 4-7 business days according to Posti and Matkahuolto, but packages almost always arrive in 1-3 business days. We aim to deliver products the next business day after placing the order, if the product is in stock. We will inform our online store if there are any changes in deliveries. We will inform our customers of any possible delays. Delivery costs and options are presented on the shopping cart and checkout page.

Posti and Matkahuolto store packages at the pickup point for one week, after which the packages are returned, so please collect your package on time.

Problems with transportation and defective products

If the product is lost during transport, damaged, or you have been delivered the wrong product, you must report the error immediately to info@kiedo.fi.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged in transit, a complaint must be made immediately to the logistics partner.
