Kiedo payment and delivery terms

General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Kiedo Oy (3234802-8). We sell products to adults in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage costs.

 

Ordering

Products are mainly ordered from kiedo.fi via the shopping cart.

All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing your order.

You agree to the delivery terms and conditions in effect with each order.

Order and payment confirmation

Products are ordered through the shopping cart. To order products, customers must provide contact information and select a delivery method. Once the products are added to the shopping cart and the ordering process is complete, we will send an automatic order confirmation by email to the email address or phone number provided by the customer. The order confirmation contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Ordered products
  • Total order amount

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms and conditions of the kiedo.fi online store. All information provided by the customer will be treated confidentially and kiedo.fi undertakes not to disclose the information to third parties.

Delivery methods and time

The delivery time for products is 4-7 business days according to the delivery promises of Posti and Matkahuolto, but usually the packages arrive within 1-3 business days. We aim to deliver the products the next business day after placing the order, if the product is in stock. Delivery costs and options are presented on the shopping cart and checkout page.

Posti and Matkahuolto store packages at the pickup point for one week, after which the packages are returned, so please collect your package on time.

If the package is not picked up from the location by the deadline, it will be returned to Kiedo. We will charge the customer a handling fee of 10€ for the unpicked package, as well as the delivery fee for the product if it is re-posted.

 

Exchange and return conditions

All products have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

You must notify us of the return of your order by email, info@kiedo.fi. You will receive instructions for the return in a reply message.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, shipping costs of €7,90 will be deducted from the product price. Product exchange is free of charge for the customer.

The right to exchange or return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. We will check the condition of the returned product before refunding the payment. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange or return.

Please read the return instructions you received in the email carefully so that the product is in saleable condition and we can refund your purchase. A belt that is folded or flattened in the package is not saleable, as the folds in the leather cannot be removed from the belt. If the product is not in saleable condition, we cannot refund the full amount of the product.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receipt of delivery.

Problems with transportation and defective products

If the product is lost during transport, damaged, or you have been delivered the wrong product, you must report the error immediately to info@kiedo.fi.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged in transit, a complaint must be made immediately to the logistics partner.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.

Bank charges

You have access to payment buttons from all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely. 

 

Credit card payments

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to the merchant.

Card payments are made using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

Mobile payment methods

The mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the app, allowing you to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the relevant app. Pivo also supports Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any app that supports Siirto.
